radius end of free standing wall?

I have a 12" wall (generic for now) with a 6" radius at one end (on one side only). I modeled it with 4" walls stuck on the end, but am wondering if there's a better way. One wall w/ the radius would be my preference. any ideas?

An Architectural Column will do what you are looking for. You will need to make your own family for your shape, but that is quick and easy.
