whats the difference between 32-64 bit ????

Short explanation:

32 bits only allows you to access up to 4GB of memory (a little less).
64 bits allows you to access and use more than 4GB of memory.

To do that, the processor has to be 64 bits AND the software you are using (i.e. Windows, Revit) has to be 64 bits as well.
