Keynote to label the area of a material?

is it possible to have a keynote or another way of labelling the area of a material in plan with one click?

*i know it can be scheduled* but i was hoping to put it on the plan with click click click :)

I think the only way would be too much work. You would be using an Area Tag, creating a shared parameter called Material Area and applying it to Materials. Edit the Material tag and create a new label using the shared parameter. Then you'd have to create a schedule with the actual Area field from the Material and the Material Area parameter you just created. By checking both side by side you'd have to manually enter the information from one filed into the other...
