rotating a plan on a sheet to align with elevation

simple enough....is there a way to rotate the tag with the name of the view ???

No attachment. However, it sounds like you used the property in the view to rotate it? If so, try selecting the crop region, and using the rotate command on that? That will cause the plan to rotate, while leaving the title of the plan not rotated.
