Stair Stringers and Railing Partially Painting (Printing)

Please see the attached .dwf. Revit is not painting the railing family (which contains the stringer profile as well) correctly in this section. The railing is continuous from top to bottom and the line work simply drops out in the middle then re-appears again. The view depth is well beyond the railing and the railing is in empty space, meaning that it is not colliding with other pieces of geometry. I have created DWFs, PDFs, and done so on many other computers varying in strength. I have no idea why the railing appears and disappears when printed. Everything looks fine within the Revit interface.

Any thoughts?

Recent Developments: Printed via Vector Processing and the problems persist. Printed via Raster Processing and the problem goes away.

This is not a solution, but a work around. I am still seeking help on the matter. Thank you for your time.
