cleaning out dwg import leftovers

hi all,

when you are finished using a dwg import to trace objects needed for a family, where should i go do make sure the other dwg info is gone after deleting the import from the drawing area?

i noticed by chance in Object Styles, under Imported Objects, the layers from the import were still there. i was able to delete them. are there other items i should be paying attention to? i've noticed the file size grew after the import, and no, the import was not exploded.

I always LINK the DWG files which makes clean up a snap. Manage Links>Remove ALL. This also cleans up the Imported Object layers... or at least it used to.
