Revit 2010 - Default Wall Tag

The default Wall Tag doesn't seem to change size when the scale changes. In fact, it has two types - 1/4" and 1'2". Other tags seem to work as expected, changing size when you change the scale of the view. What's up?

Almost all annotation objects in Revit are based on 'plotted units' and will remain the same size when plotted regardless of view scale.
The two sizes are there if you want to place a smaller tag with a smaller box in larger scale views.
