wall openings in the corner

Hi,

Please look into attached file and let me know if it's possible to model openings in the corner with proper analytical model? how to achieve this? I've tried to use wall opening and by editing profile, as you can see without a success. :(

It's seems, so far nobody had do model openings like me, or there is no workaround for this issue, it's a pity... :(

Try modeling the upper and lower portions of wall as separate elements. See attached.

I will start to use this workaround,
(but following this way we won't need openings any more :D)
