Copy/Paste AutoCAD 2010 MDT

I have a user who is experienceing a crash every time she copies/pastes within a drawing. It is Similar to the old 2007/2000 copy/paste error there was a hotfix for a few years ago. She has elements from an old AutoCAD drawing, and has copied a large amount of data into an existing 2010 MDT drawing.

Anyone know of a hotfix or workaround I can't find?

The exact error code is:

"FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x630041 Exception at 61c0c7cah"
