problem Primavera P6 link to naviswork

this is my first time to link the primavera P6 to naviswork.

we are trying to link a Primavera P6 file to Navisworks 2010,
but are not having any success.

we can select the primavera file from a list of projects (see image 01 attached) from within navisworks -

the program does some think-time and reports that status is not available

need to help to solve the problem. thanks

The program is functioning correctly. Right click and select "Rebuild Task Hierarchy from Link."

All of your schedule data will now be listed in the Tasks tab. Even though it still says, status not available, the data will be shown.

HI @leann.lee I NEED YOUR HELP. WHEN I WANT TO IMPORT THE SPRING TASKS TO NAVISWORK, A SERVER USER AND PASSWORD ASKS ME. HOW YOU SOLVED IT?
