Hi All,

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but when I linked in a CAD file I thought it would appear in both Floor and Ceiling plan view. For some reason, it's not appearing in the Ceiling Plan. I checked Visibility Graphics in both the view and the View Template, but the link is on in both. I thought it may be a problem with my company Template, but I tried it using the default Revit Template and got the same issue. Any ideas what I'm missing?

Thanks,
Jim

When you imported the AutoCAD file, it was set down at the level itself. For example, if you are at level 1 and level 1 is 0'-0", that's where the import cad file is. The rcp can't see it. If you want to specifically see it in the rcp, you can go to your view properties and change the Underlay to level 1 (using the same example) but then other things from the plan will show up as well, or you can offset the import from the level to get it up to where you can see it ceiling plan. There are things you can do to get it to show up.
