Is it possible to add additional categories to the categories list under the parameter properties dialogue box…

No - and I'd leave it at that but the Quick Reply box needs 10 characters or more so I had to keep typing. ;)

You can add SUB-categories, though.

This question comes up now and then...it would be useful to know which categories you would add if you could. That way the developers who visit here could seem them too. It would be a good thing if this community could assemble a "list" for them to work with?
