Equally Spaced Lines of Text?

Is there any way to distribute individual text notes at an equal spacing? For example, on a wall section where the vertical space between notes is almost the same, but not quite.

You could array one and then fill in the info. Not sure it is really worth it. As long as it is readable, who cares?

Well . . . I do. It's something that carried over from my lettering guide days I guess. It doesn't matter technically, the info is still there, but I like a detail that looks like it was composed and not just slapped together. Just something else that seems to be slipping away these days.

The array would work if the notes were all one line or all two lines, but they rarely are so I guess I'll keep on with the eyeball method.
