I have a CMU wall connect to the curtain wall.could someone tell how i can close the end of the CMU wall ? thanks
because there should be a 8" cmu in the end

Probably have to stop the 16" cmu short of the curtainwall and ad an 8" cmu to finish the wall. Up to you whether you make it show the line joining the two walls or not. You will automatically be able to see the closure reflected by the surface pattern in elevation.

Maybe these walls should not be joined and you have your returns set differently in your wall settings.

Under Wall Properties, Edit, select Wraps at Ends--Exterior.
That should do the trick.

i selected, but it does not close in that end.

if i draw a new wall out of building, its end closed as urs. but when it is connected to the curtain wall, also i disallow they join, the end of the wall does not close.

This is one way... note that I changed your wall makeup. Because of the sketch, I had to split off the lower portion. I also disallowed join on the curtain wall and pulled its end back.
