raster image to show in shaded views?

can I get an image (JPG, TIFF, etc..) to show up in my 3d shaded views?

this is an interior design project and I want to the images I am hanging on the wallls of the space to show up in my shaded views (interior elevations, sections, camera views..)

A workaround could be Cut and Paste in Place your images into a new view (drafting view maybe) and then overlay the views on the sheet. This will be of no use if any of your images are supposed to be partly obscured.
