copy to clipboard

Does anybody know how to copy to clipboard from (2) seperate sessions of Revit 2009? I have some detail information that I would like to transfer from one to the other but cant open them in the same session due to linking. thanks

If I need to copy something from a linked file I will detach a copy and then copy and paste from clipboard in one session of revit.

If theyre both Worksetted, you can Open a Local of both in the same session, too. Or, unload the Link and open it...

You cant copy between two sessions...
