I get an empty Search Tab in our help dialog boxes. This occurs in both AutoCAD 2009 and AutoCAD Architecture 2009. Any ideas?

When this happened to me last year, I submitted a support request to subscription, they told be to repair the installation of AutoCAD, I did, and my help has been functioning properly since.
