Dimension - moving text

When moving the text in a dimension, can you have a "Straight or 2-segment" leader vs. an arc'd leader?

Also, If I want to place the text directly to the side of the dim, it still tries to put an arc'd leader... I want it to be straight.

I think dimension text leaders are hard wired.
