How to: Place the Property Area - SF tag?

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I can't seem to figure out how to place the "Property Area -SF" tag. I have both property line tags in the drawing, but I'm just stumped on this one.

You have to tab so that all of the property lines are selected and then you can place the SF tag. You can also create a property schedule with area.

Thanks for your help. I knew it was something simple. How can you get an area when you select one property line. I was still thinking the property line was like a polyline in AutoCAD.
