Level Icon unactive.

Im currently working on a two story house on revit architecture 2010. I need to create the second level but the level icon wouldnt become active, i dont know what else to do. Any help regarding this problem will be appreciated, thanks in advance

Are you in an elevation or section view? You cannot create a new level from a plan view. You must be in an elevation or section view.

Even in elevation or section view the level wouldnt become active, i cant add another level. Just level 1. Thank you anyway, breaking my head on this.

Can you copy level one up to make level 2? Can you right click on the level one marker and choose "create similar" to make a new level?
