Anyone else have trouble creating support request from within RAC2010?
I heard the reason I had trouble 3 months ago was due to overwhelming number of requests. In fact right after service pack 1 was issued, I received a response to the dozens of support requests each one of my crashes created.
But now...all is well...but I cannot figure out how something works, and still I cannot reach support. Is it just me?
