Unferenced Xref's

I have xref attachments that are unferenced. I'm unable to reload them because the images no longer exist in our system. I unable to get them to detach does anyone have an idea on how to detach the Xrefs?

Just a guess - create junk files of the correct names in the expected locations, reload them then detach them.

Had this problem the other day, and a good old fashioned WBLOCK removed it just fine

WBLOCK.... is not working for me.

I am having this problem, I am taking over a project, I have a PRN file (aerial overlay) that does not line up with the survey... I need to delete it, detach it, unrefereence it.... get it out of the drawing... and I CAN NOT figure out how...
When I go to Map... Image... Manage... The file locks up and I get a fatal error.
I am using C3D 2009, C3D Complete... (MAP 3D Geospatial isn't doing anything for me either).

When you speak of "junk files"... what are you referring to?
