Open the DWF in DWF Viewer, copy to the clipboard, In AutoCAD, run the PASTESPEC command, paste as AutoCAD entities.

Don't expect the results to be very great. Everything (including text) will be broken down to lines and/or polylines, and the accuracy will be based on the resolution at which it was created.

There is not a way to get DWF into DWG in AutoCAD. Only way is to find a 3rd party converter.
