framing halftone in one view

In one of my views the framing is greyed out. I've been through everything I can think of. What am I missing? Any ideas, thanks.

Without knowing what you thought of ;) did you check the view range and make sure that the framing is within the primary range?
Also, is the framing an underlay in the view?
Can you duplicate the view or recreate it and duplicate the problem?

I would also check discipline of the view. If the discipline is set to Electrical or Mechanical the framing will be grey.

I'm not sure what it was, I had checked both of those things. I fixed it by creating a view template from a sheet that looked correct and applying it to that sheet. I wish I figured it out tho. Thanks.
