When placing a Legend on a Sheet, it's sometimes necessary to place it on top of an area of
the plan (covering non-essential linework). Using a Masking Region in the Legend is good,
but still doesn't cover Grids, Text, Symbols, Section Cuts, etc. The current workaround is to
adjust the 2D Grid point and hide/delete other annotations as necessary. It would be nice
(and quicker) to have the Masking Region (whether in a Legend, Plan, Sheet, etc.) cover
everything, not just model lines, or at least have a setting in the Masking Region properties to
"mask annotations" too.
Also applies to 2010.
