I can't remeber where I saw it but there was an article about a company investing 60,000 into revit and saving millions, I think it was a contractor. It really said it all. Does it ring any bells? Need to show it round the office but I can't find the article (should have flagged it!).

Hi Barry. I have other tidbits of those types of ROI results from the contractors. Let me know what you're looking for and I can email them to you.
Also, the McGraw Hill Report is the best guide on the topic. Go to www.BIMcomplete.com (http://www.BIMcomplete.com) to download the PDF. I'm working with a contractor now in South Florida who invested $100,000 in modeling CAD drawings and they found $9 million in potential change orders and saved 365 days of delays.
Of course you'll need a copy of Navisworks Manage (http://www.autodesk.com/navisworks) to see the secret of their success. Lastly to see the future, you'll find this link (http://www.revit3d.com/bimboom) very revealing as to what's going to happen.
