For the life of me I cannot find the mirror command.??????

It doesn't appear anywhere until you select something to mirror. Once an object is preselected it will appear on the MODIFY context menu. (so much for discoverability eh?)
Be sure to use the little pull down arrow if you want to draw the mirror axis instead of picking it.

That annoys the hell outta me......gets me every time......I'm so used to just hitting "MM" on the keyboard!

"MM" should still work... Now though the mirror by drawn line command isn't selectable when you hit "MM". You can however set up mirror by drawn line as its own shortcut. I use "ML"

Peace

Hey, try finding line display thicknesses, or reference plane, or sheet revisions, or room seperations, or about 30 other things... peck peck peck...

Do a search for this 2009 and 2010 UI comparison--

Revit Architecture 2010 User Interface Help.html

gives a side by side comparison of 2009 and 2010

with the 2009 UI on screen--click the 2009 tool and it then shows where it is in 2010.

Also, see the attached "Where's my Command" pdf.

cheers......

You can add add Mirror to your Quick Access bar - or use MM, or click on the object, whcih you have to do at some point, and click it then.

You can also try this website:
http://www.nichitecture.com/downloads/Where%20is%20my%20command%20in%20Revit%20Architecture%202010.html
Please note I did not create this but I have used it and it has been extremely helpful...

"TL" line thickness on and off (default)
"RP" draw reference plane (default)

Room Separation lines are on the same button as room. You can set up a custom shortcut if you prefer.

This tool may be incredibly helpful... click here (http://www.nichitecture.com/downloads/) to downloasd or view online a pretty cool flash tool. The old 09 interface which shows you where it hides in 2010.

Yep MM still works.....but if I want to draw the axis MM doesn't allow it.

Hadn't even thought about adding my own shortcut for that for some reason though!!!

I don't necessarily think its an over site on your behalf. I do think it is an oversite on Autodesks behalf. As pointed out in other threads, if you select the wrong tool, you can't initiate another shortcut, and have to reselect your items... A bit sloppy I think.

Oh, and that project is fairly small and it crashed the program.

Several things to check on. Latest Video Card Driver - MUST
Has WU1 been applied to the Revit - MUST
Did you audit the file in 2009 before upgrading it?
