I have several project parameters that I use in a Schedule Key to create civil drainage tables for storm drainage. The parameters are all in the Piping Systems family category.
Now I just made a 2-pick line-based subsurface pipe family with instance parameters for slope, and I'd like to put that in the Piping Systems category so that my drainage table parameters will show up in that family's properties. However when I'm in the Family Editor and I open the Family Categories, I don't see Piping Systems listed, even when show all disciplines is checked. I see Pipe Accessories and Pipe Fittings, but not Piping Systems.
I have the pipe in the Site category at the moment, but if I put my project parameters in the Site category, they end up showing up in ALL of my site families, including utility poles and everything else.
Any suggestions?
