Filled Regions - Revit 2010

I am trying to create a filled region on an interior elevation with a tile pattern. Is there a way to align the hatch/fill on a filled region, similar to the "SNAPBASE" command in AutoCAD? I can't seem to find it in any of the properties or commands.

Create your filled region using a model hatch. Then you can align or rotate the hatch.
