i got a cadclip subrscription and have been getting into details of things like schedules and keynoting......i thought i had an option to make a simple schedule with just a few (simple) notes that corresponded to the keynote number in the schedule that i could place in my drawings....i am working on a re roof and i want to keynote the varying sizes of existing roof penetrations.....they are drawn as simple filled regions (not smart items)....and i want to note them now.......am i making that up?

You cannot apply a keynote to a filled region. If you are only going to note something once, you could just use text. If you want to have a numeric tag and then a block of notes on the drawing that corresponds to the tags, you don't need to use keynotes; you can use a note block and a hexagonal symbol tag.
