View Full Version : Superscript Text in AutoCAD Eg: 1st or 2nd

Dear All,
Does anyone knows how we can write in AutoCAD Superscript Text as 1st OR 2nd, i would like to have the 'st' and 'nd' to be at top position after 1 and 2 not at below. is it possible in AutoCAD

Dear John.
Thanks a lots for your quick reply but again it is not working with me iam using AutoCAD MEP 2008 i was writting the following to get a superscript for 1st
"1" "^" "ST"
do you think that iam doing correct or wrong

Hi again.
Type 1st^ in the editor.
Select and highlight st^, right-click on the highlighted text and pick "Stack".
In 2008 you might need a space after the ^ - include the space when highlighting.

As an additional tip to John's tip. Let's say you want to subscript some text, like in H2O, enter the text as H^2O; highlight the ^2, and press the stacking button.
