Crop outline disappearing on plotted sheet?!

I have quite simply produced 3 internal elevations of a shower room. I placed them on a sheet and snapped the crop the the floor/walls/ceiling. Looks neat and tidy and good to go.

When viewed in print preview (and when in actual fact printed) random lines are missing. But get this... If you jiggle/nudge the views around on the sheet : the same problem but different lines :shock:

Can't really help, but we have found that we are printing with Raster turned on all of the time, and it seems to solve these issues. We use it straight to the plotter, as well as to PDF's.

There was a know issue logged with adesk I believe regarding plotting PDF's and the use of a quad core. I'm not sure about 2010, but I know a 2yrs ago, Adesk stated that they didn't support pdfs. I'd create PLT's and convert them. Just a thought. PLT's print faster and better IMHO (or at least they do on our plotters - HP510's)
