merge dst files

I have a new project created from the defaults, so it has a new sheet sets (DST file) which is fine. I have also created a new sheet set file using the sheetset command/toolpalette. I want to get the sheet set from the new dst into the project dst. Help please.

This little gem might persuade you that you do not want to do
what you are attempting to do, unless of course I've misread
both???
