Single Pitch Top Chord Joist family?

How do you create or modify the LH/DLH joist family to end up with a single pitched top chord joist (sloped top chord & bottom chord parallel to floor)?

I do not see any parameters that can be changed in the standard family and I am really drawing a total blank searching for it.

Can anyone help me here? Am I just that stressed/confused that I am looking right past the answer?

I'm sure there is a way to modify or create a new LH/DHL joist family to do this. However, I have found it just as easy to create these joist using the truss tool and then attach the top chord to the bottom of deck.
