I am working on a new Bathroom Accessories schedule but when I choose the appropriate fields it gives me every single instance in the whole project. I can't erase the rows because it deletes the objects and I'm not sure how to create new fields. For example, if I choose the field Room Number all of the Rooms show up in the schedule but if I try to delete the rows with rooms that don't apply to the Bathroom Accessories it will delete the actual room number. HELP!

Read the help files on scheduling. Basically you can select itemize every instance or not. This check box exists under the Sorting/Grouping tab of the schedules view properties. So you will basically sort by family type and uncheck the box.
As for removing individual rooms, just add a shared parameter that is a yes/no value that says something like, visible in schedule or whatever, then you can just filter out anything that doesn't have this box checked. Again this is hard to explain in words, but is well documented.

Check out your sorting and grouping options. You have a great deal of control over what displays in schedules but it can be tricky to get it right at first.

I did my research and was still unable to do the toilet accessories schedule in Revit. I had to end up drafting it. I guess the problem was that I did not insert all of the Toilet Room Accessories into the project. They were not actual objects. I have attached a pdf of my "drafted schedule" so that anyone who can help may see what I am trying to do. I can draft it, but I feel like i should be able to do it within the Revit schedule program.
I also didn't see a way to have multiple rows associated with one room number. I would have done this in excel but I did not see a way to insert excel files into Revit. Can this be done? If it can I would really like to know because I feel like drafting is a cop out.

I think if you made a multi-category schedule using rooms and the fixtures, you could get pretty close. The exact graphic layout, where some cells are left blank, does not seem possible witout some additional drafting.
