It would seem to me that when editing a Room Finish Tag, that is linked to different Key Schedules, that a drop box should appear with the Key Datafield data in order to select from.
Then if the appropriate selection is not in the Key Schedule, the users input would create a New Row in the Key Schedule, even if the rest of the data in the Key Schedule is blank, for future input.
Is this the way that other envisioning using a Key Schedule. I can't believe Revit isn't doing this already.
