Cannot Import An Exported Custom Setting Back To AutoCAD 2009

I uninstalled and reinstalled AutoCAD 2009 after exporting the custom settings.
After clean installation, I cannot inport (back) the AutoCAD custom settings. When I go and select IMPORT AUTOCAD 2009 SETTINGS, nothing happens. After clicking on the function, I see the cursor with an our-glass for about one second and nothing happens.

I have restarted AutoCAD three times, still nothing happens. I know I have used it before.
