Foundation Wall Footings

When placing foundation wall footings under tilt-up panel walls with openings the footing breaks at every opening. You can manually drag the ends together but then you get a line. Is there any work around so the footing is continous for the entire length of the wall?

There is and it all depends on how the opening in the wall was created.
