Insulation Lines - R2010

Now in 2010, i have to draw an insulation line, then i can change its bulge ratio (we like a 1/5 ratio). I cannot preset the bulge ratio before i draw the line (I could easily do this in 2009). there are no "Element properties" before i draw the line to change.

Am i going nuts about this? or have others also found this issue? It may appears that this is a R2010 Bug?

I have contacted the factory re this - here is there workaround

open your template, create an insulation line, change its bulge ratio as you wish, make another insulation using create similar (it should have the new ratio), delete both lines, save the template.

It all works great now
