One of our users' Revit keeps crashing whenever he creates a new project file or family file from within a file (not using Recent Files - Just when he goes to File > New > Project or Family). And when he goes to create a new family, when he's at the Select Family template dialog box, it crashes when he selects the "Look in:" drop-down (see attached image).
It's a 64-Bit Vista machine with IE 7 ( I am aware of the IE 8 issue). I have logged a support request with Autodesk, just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue or knows what's going on while I'm awaiting an answer.
