can you put cut line in 3D view

I want to create a 3d detail in the sheet, but i do not know how i can cut part of it, and show cutline in the view.

When you load your family into your project you can use a section box (View Properties->Section Box). Then you can cut as much as you want from your model making a 3D section. (see picture below).

But you have to be in a project file - within your family it won't work - the section box doesn't cut anything there.

but you can not draw a detail line as a break line in a 3d view, right?

Detail line not but... how about drawing it in a model line and turning it off in all the other views?
