i have done this before but it has been awhile.....i have reviewed posts and links to hatch edit software....(i'm making a simple wood pattern with vertical parallel lines 1 3/4" apart each two parallel lines are 1'-0" apart).....i was going to use "steel" as a base, rotate and mess with the scale to get it close....but it didn't seem to work....how do i convert acad to pat (i looked at all the "save as" options and couldn't find .pat)

This is one of the coolest little tips and tricks I've learned in awhile...

I used it to bring in a subway tile pattern we were using in AutoCad into our Revit Project. It works great...and you can impress your friends.
