Is there a way to access multiple keynote text files?
Our Interiors department has created their own key note txt file and our Architect has created his own key note txt file and when one loads their key note txt file it unloads the other key note txt file.
It looks to be you can only have one at a time loaded. So do we need to combine our key note text files?
Thanks

Yes you do.1 file per project.

If you replace the UniformatClassifications.txt information with your interiors kaynotes then you can technically have two key note files, though it will need to be labelled as above.
However the tags will refer to the assembly number and description.
This file can be found in the program file within Revit.

Beware of this method. I does work, provided that you never use exterior programs such as e-Specs, or Avaya, both of which use the assembly codes for their functionality. I am not sure if Navisworks uses the asembly code information as well.
