Weld Symbol AutoCAD 2008

This is my attempt at a weld symbol. It has visibility states broken into several lookup actions accessed through the type of near side weld. I also included an arrow with optional second segment and multi line note. If anyone has a wat to simply toggle the notes, all around, and field weld flag, I would love to learn it.

This did take hours to create, bu I have eliminated several olde blocks from the library and my designers will follow the standards a little better.

The field weld and all around symbol can be controlled with the scale function, when off they are scaled 0.0001 of original height.

I am controling them with scale, but how do I toggle them. By this I mean I would like to select an icon and change the state without another selection. Is this possible?

The one thing missing from your weld symbol for bevel, "V" and square groove welds is the depth of bevel and weld size(effective throat)

written like this 1/4(3/16) for bevel and effective weld
or on bevels and fillets (1/4) for the effective throat

For the part labeled cap weld the arc should be touching the weld symbol line, this way it can easily changed froam a backing weld (empty arc) to melt through (filled arc).
