Revit Structure link, joining walls.

I have a Revit Structures link in my Revit Arch. file.

Am i able to cut the walls around the Revit Structures Link in any way.

Such as the floor slab. This is in the Structures model and cuts into my Arch. wall. They both show over one another.

Is there a way to join/cut these together as you would if they were in the same file?

Not sure what you are trying to achieve but you can't join with a linked files.
You can use Copy/Monitor though
