So I created a graded region from an existing topography, and in the process Revit demolished the existing topography in the new construction phase, and created a duplicate topography in the new construction phase.
1. Why would there be any non-zero net cut and fill for the new typography that hasn't been changed?
2. If a new subregion is created in the new typography, and the elevation of all topographical points remains the same, why would there be any non-zero net cut and fill for the new subregion?
