I am working on a project that has multiple bid groups. Our Revit file has 4 separate bid groups in it. Drawings like plans, sections, elevations, details are all under separate headings in their respective bid groups. My problem comes with things like sheets and legends. Those are under a "Views" heading and all of the sheets in bid group 1 are in the same list as bid group 2. This is starting to get really confusing since some of the sheets are very similar.

Is there any way I can make a different heading for sheets/legends in bid group1 and bid group 2 and so on? So far I'm trying to label them with BG1 and BG2 tags but that is becoming difficult to keep track of.

I was able to add a project parameter call "Bid Group" to sheets and views
in the project. Then I created a browser organization that could read this
parameter (assigned to the views and sheets) and sort the project browser
according to the parameter values. This got close to what I think you are
after. The only problem is the legend views would not get sorted per the
parameter (even though it was assigned???)
