Has anyone been experiencing instability with the Ribbon after installing Service Pack 2?

We have ONE computer (so far) out of 15 or so, where the ribbon icons keep disappearing.

No crashing... just graphical issues...

Any help appreciated.

No issues to report over here, so I'd suggest -- uninstall, reinstall, reapply SP2. The user may have installed something that's causing Revit to bork

And there's the standard Ribbon performance answer:
Make sure your Video drivers are THE latest version available.

They are many nay-sayers here on AUGI, but almost every crashing problem I've had went away after updating Video drivers.

Mine have not. Latest drivers in a Nvidia 7950 and I'm crashnig a couple of times a day. (Just switched back to 2009 UI after running 2010 for a few days.)

I'm also having to stick with older drivers - Nvidia Quadro 186.30 - as the 2 more recent versions interfere with pre-highlighting using a FX3800 card /Vista 64 RAC 2010.

I work all the time using UI 2009 as it is SO much faster than the 2010 ribbon thing.

is this the type of issue people have experienced with the Ribbon? We've been operation on 2010 for the past 12 months and only now have experienced this.
