mullion profile / Cad import and trace

Hi guys,

this should work right.
Importing a dwg mullion profile and tracing it in the profile family edit option to give me a custom mullion profile?

I can seem to import the dwg in order to edit the 2d family to it?

can someone please outline the correct steps incaseim getting something wrong?

Careful trying to create a mullion profile from a CAD drawing. Those sorts of aluminum extrusions typically have tons of many tiny short segments. Revit will balk at any line segment shorter than 1/32" or curve radius smaller than 1/32", so you'll have to simplify your profile from what the actual profile looks like.
