Does anyone know why when an Image is rendered at (printer, high) 150 dpi in Revit; then exported, then opened in Photoshop; it opens at 96dpi? It does it for exporting views b/w images also. I have never noticed this before, Is there a setting that I am missing?

All that matters is the pixels x pixels size. The 150 is just a convenience setting in Revit. The image is being exported as jpeg at screen resolution (96 DPI for your LCD.) It is meaningless. Just change the DPI in PS. This is pretty common with a lot of rendering systems.
Do a search on DPI and you'll find plenty written about this.
